Do you organise transport from the supplier to the warehouse?
Yes, of course. This is within the scope of our cooperation, as we can handle our clients’ orders at the suppliers’ point of manufacture. We organize transportion to our warehouse.
We carry out transporttion of small shipments or pallet shipments, as well as non-standard shipments.
Can I trust you warehouse inventory control and orders from suppliers?
Yes, of course. In order to make it easier for eShops to cooperate with us, we offer an optional service which is to take over control of warehouse inventory in shops and informing when a product should be ordered. We also highly recommend you to be in charge of contact with a supplier and to place orders on behalf of our clients.
How does goods delivery procedure work?
Handling of all delivered goods is based on eShop instructions. Each item that we store in our warehouse undergoes the quantity control. If there is the need, we may compare a product against its description or the image.
Next, in case of any discrepancies, our system generates an automatic report from the accepted deliveries.
Flexible approach enables us to meet all expectations of the most demanding Shops.
What kind of additional packaging services do you offer?
As to our services, we offer re-packaging or change into accumulated ones; which are kit builds or labeling. We can also prepare products for a professional photo session.
On behalf of our client, we may look after a purchase of carton boxes and other materials essential to preparing packages according to eShop constructions.
How do you store goods?
Storage is adapted to the sort, size, and quantity of goods. They are stored both on the shelves and pallets, as concerns safety rules.
Our warehouse is adapted to a number of industries which require special storage conditions; that are food products and supplements, clothing, furniture, cosmetics, toys, and items for children.
The adequate temperature is maintained in warehouse as concerns Health and Safety certified standards (Sanepid).

Do you also store food products?
Yes, of course. We offer food products storage. Warehouse facilities are fully adapted to store foods, beverages, supplements, and other goods with a long expiry date.
How do you handle packaging?
Each order is prepared according to individual requirements and needs of our customers. We pack as gifts, add leaflets, samples or any other inserts. If there is the need, we provide packaging materials with the company logo.
Only high quality materials are used for packaging. As to this, a product is well-secured, which minimizes the risk of damage during transportation.
How do we guarantee accuracy of an order?
We use an advanced warehouse system which enables us to precisely locate a product in our warehouse. We process orders based on their barcodes. Every product is being verified twice prior to shipping.
What forms of delivery do you offer?
We offer all kinds of delivery: courier PostNL, DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS, and other couriers, including local ones.
We provide a number of delivery options – 48 h, 24 h, same-day packages (we can guarantee that an order will leave the warehouse before next day 4 pm.).
We also provide delivery in a cross-dock model.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we run international shipping using DHL, DPD or other international couriers.
Can you deliver packages within my courier contract?
Yes, we can also run deliveries within our customer’s contract with a courier.
How does integration system look like?
We provide the configuration of appropriate parameters and ‘pin up’ the sales platform with our warehouse system. We do this with all existing platforms on the market, including IdoSell, Shoper, Allegro, Showroom, PrestaShop, Shoplo, WooCommerce, RedCart, GOshop, OpenCart, Magento, Shopify, and ERP systems.
What are the costs of integration?
Standard integration is free and we run it within the framework of cooperation.
If a customer has special, non-standard requirements, then we evaluate the integration cost individually. Such integration at a customer’s request requires an advance payment which we agree prior to implementation.
There is also a possibility for integration to be run by customers himself. Then we send them a dedicated API.
Do you also handle returns?
Yes, of course. Handling returns is one of our special services that we provide at a request of our customers. We have professional personnel which deals with accepting and processing returns on behalf of the Shop. After receiving the returned product, we verify it (according to customers’ needs and requirements), and then, inform the Shop on the processed return.
In case of no collection, an order is returned straight to our warehouse. Within the standard procedures, we make sure a good is in prior condition and we return it back to our warehouse.
